1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between 1988ric ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("Member", "you") who accesses or uses the services offered through the 1988ric website. This platform operates under international licensing and provides online gaming services covering slots, live casino, sports betting, esports and arcade games.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

This Agreement governs all aspects of the relationship between you and 1988ric, including account use, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, participation in games, and communication with our support team.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and use the 1988ric platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Reside in or access the platform from a region that permits participation in online betting under applicable local laws.
• Never have been declared bankrupt or be undergoing insolvency proceedings.
• Never have been previously banned from using 1988ric services.
• Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same name or using the same identity card details is a breach of these terms. 1988ric reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit the balances in those accounts if this breach occurs.

All information submitted during registration, including full name, MyKad number, mobile phone number, and email address, must match a valid identity document. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time as part of our ongoing review process.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

1988ric accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. The standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes once the request has been reviewed and approved by our system.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. 1988ric does not allow deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts. If detected, the transaction will be held until the verification process is completed.

• Balances in a 1988ric account do not earn interest.
• The primary currency used is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
• Withdrawals using cryptocurrency will be processed based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• 1988ric does not charge any processing fees for deposits and withdrawals, though payment providers may impose their own charges.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

1988ric offers various bonus programmes to new and existing members. The welcome bonus currently available is a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM500. This offer is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Examples of how the applicable wagering requirement is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → total wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM1,700 → total wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

Every bonus credited to an account will be clearly stated along with its expiry date and the wagering requirements specific to that offer. Members should review the details of each promotion before claiming it.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be converted to cash, and do not apply to withdrawals before the wagering requirements are completed. 1988ric reserves the right to cancel bonuses, reverse winnings, or close accounts if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including deliberately placing bets at low odds solely to meet wagering requirements.

5. VIP Programme and Cashback

The 1988ric VIP programme is designed to reward member loyalty through five membership tiers that offer progressively higher weekly cashback based on a member's betting activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on betting activity and consistency of platform use. Members who demonstrate more active and sustained activity will be assessed for tier upgrades on a regular basis. 1988ric reserves the right to review a member's VIP tier based on their recent activity.

Weekly cashback will be credited to the member's account according to the set schedule. The wagering requirements applicable to cashback will be stated in the specific terms of that cashback promotion.

6. Game Rules and Member Conduct

All games offered on the 1988ric platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, esports and arcade games, have specific rules available for review within each game's interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 1988ric platform:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts or third-party tools to play on your behalf.
• Collusion or manipulation between multiple members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors or technical bugs — members are required to report such errors to customer support.
• Using a VPN or proxy to hide your real location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Any winnings obtained through means that violate these terms will be voided, and 1988ric reserves the right to close the relevant account without any obligation to refund.

7. Account Security and Member Responsibilities

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the 1988ric customer support team immediately via live chat or email. 1988ric will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

All official communications from 1988ric will be sent through registered channels. 1988ric will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

8. Responsible Gambling and Member Protection

1988ric takes our responsibility towards member welfare seriously. The platform provides several tools and services to help members manage their gambling habits:

• Deposit limits — Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary break — Members can request an account suspension for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion — Members can request permanent account closure and be blocked from opening a new account.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 1988ric customer support team. Any legitimate account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

10. Customer Support and Complaint Resolution

The 1988ric customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through two main channels: live chat directly on the platform and email. Our support service is available in Bahasa Melayu and English.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or a game, we recommend following this procedure:

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable version. Continued use of the 1988ric platform after any amendment takes effect means the member accepts and agrees to those changes.

For amendments we consider material, notice will be sent to members via their registered email or through an in-platform notification.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 1988ric platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or that the platform's content is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

1988ric will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming.
• Technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connection issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

In any event, 1988ric's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1988ric holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through internal dispute resolution procedures, before being referred to the relevant arbitration body or court.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
